📚 Cookbooks I Love
If you've followed me for awhile, you may be aware that I LOVE Latin food. I aim for healthy, but I make room for the occasional splurge. All things in moderation! These are books I own and love!
This is the "gold standard" of Peruvian cooking!
This cookbook is my favorite. Having spent extensive time in the Peruvian Andes, much of my inspiration comes from this book!

This James Beard award-winning book is perfect for the home cook. Approachable and delicious!
Rick Bayless is IMHO the foremost authority on cooking Mexican flavors in the United States. I love all of his books!
This book is far more than a book of recipes. It's the history, culture, and food of the Yucatan Peninsula, and the photos, stories, and recipes are fabulous. I cannot recommend it enough!

Lovely ideas Tamara. I've been wondering about that Andina book. I can't quite recall if I popped it onto my wishlist for people to choose from, but now I hope I have as it comes with your seal of approval.

I love Andina! It features so many of the foods we've eaten in Peru! Lima is amazing for foodies, but I'm in love with the Andes and the Sacred Valley. I don't think you'd be disappointed!
