  • 4 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2-3 tablespoons ancho, chipotle, or New Mexico red chile powder
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine all spices thoroughly. Add to an airtight storage container.

Notes

Generic "chili powder" is not a substitute! It is a spice blend, and will throw off the ratio of spices.
