Ingredients
  

Dragon Fruit Salad

Lime Simple Syrup

  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • zest and juice of 2 limes

Instructions

  • If making your own lime simple syrup, combine the water and sugar in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, and cook until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from the heat.
  • Add the zest and juice. Steep 10 minutes. Cool completely then strain.
  • Combine the fruit in a bowl.
  • Drizzle with lime simple syrup. Toss gently to combine.
  • Sprinkle with tajín as desired.

Notes

This dragon fruit salad is best served the same day.
