Savor the explosion of flavors in this hot honey pizza. This mouthwatering pizza features shredded chicken in a hot honey and balsamic glaze and bleu cheese. Delicious!
2ouncesfresh mozzarella - cut in thin strips or grated
2scallions, chopped - green parts only
6largefresh basil leaves, chiffonade - or other fresh herb
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450℉/232℃.
Add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and hot honey to a prep bowl, and whisk. Add the shredded chicken, and stir to combine.
Lightly spray or oil a baking stone or sheet. Sprinkle lightly with cornmeal. Top the pizza dough/crust with both chicken and glaze over top.
Top with crumbled bleu cheese and mozzarella.
Bake until crust is lightly browned (lift edge to check underneath), and the cheese is bubbling and browning. This may take 8-12 minutes depending on the thickness of your crust.
