This hot honey vinaigrette is a sweet, spicy, umami, and tangy dressing that adds a lively kick to salads, roasted vegetables, grilled meats, or even pizza.
¼teaspoonsea salt and fresh ground pepper - to taste
Instructions
Add ½ cup olive oil, ¼ cup sherry vinegar, 1 shallot, 1 clove garlic, 1 tablespoon hot honey, 2 teaspoons dijon mustard, 2 teaspoons miso, 1/4 teaspoon sea salt and fresh ground pepper to a blender or food processor.Taste for seasoning, and adjust to taste.
Notes
NOTE: Roasted garlic is an optional! I like 2 cloves of roasted garlic in place of the raw garlic when I have time.
