2tablespoonscilantro ranch - or similar (for the slaw)
2tablespoonsavocado hummus - or similar (for the veggies)
an assortment of raw veggies - as desired
tortilla chips - as desired
Instructions
Combine the shredded chicken with the tajín.
Combine all slaw ingredients, and toss to combine.
Assemble the bento box.
To serve - toss the slaw with the cilantro ranch. Top with tajín chicken. Enjoy the veggies and chips with the spicy avocado hummus.
Notes
Macros will vary. My calories calculation includes 4 ounces of shredded chicken breast with tajín, the slaw with my cilantro ranch, 1 corn tortilla (oven baked), and 2 tablespoons of my spicy avocado hummus.
