Ingredients
  

  • 2 oranges - juice and zest (about 1/2 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons white wine or champagne vinegar
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons pomegranate molasses
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons agave nectar
  • 1 clove garlic - minced
  • sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Pulse until smooth. Taste. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
