Add all ingredients to a small blender. Pulse until smooth and emulsified.
Notes
The calories on this salad dressing are a bit high for a 2 tablespoon serving. I don't typically go that heavy on my dressings. Also, any dressing with a 1:2 ratio of vinegar to olive oil will be high in calories.
