Grilled redfish with mango salsa, shredded cabbage, crumbled cotija, and sliced avocado in corn tortillas are perfect for #TacoTuesday or anytime you want a healthy, quick meal!
12ouncesfish - grilled or baked then flaked (see Post for more)
¾cupmango salsa (+/-) - (see Post for more)
1cupshredded cabbage
2ouncescotija - crumbled
1small avocado - sliced
6corn tortillas - warmed
additional garnishes as desired
Instructions
Prepare the salsa.
Prepare the garnishes.
Cook the fish. See Post for more information.
Warm tortillas
Assemble tacos, and enjoy.
