Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups diced peaches - 3 to 4 peaches; pitted; small dice
  • 2 jalapeños - stems and seeds removed; minced
  • 2 scallions - chopped
  • ½ cup cilantro - leaves and small stems only
  • 2 juicy limes - 3 or more if they're dry; squeezed
  • sea salt - to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Season with sea salt if desired.
