Combine Tajín (see notes) with cinnamon and sugar. Stir to combine.
Gather the dried cranberries, Spiced Candied Pepitas (or toasted pepitas), and mini chocolate chips.
Heat oil and a few popcorn kernels in a large, heavy-bottomed pot over high. When kernels pop, add the remaining popcorn, and cover. Cook until popping stops, about 2-3 minutes (shake occasionally). Alternatively, follow manufacturer's instructions for an air popper or microwave popper.
Transfer to a bowl. Toss with butter. Add the cranberries, pepitas, and mini chocolate chips.
Sprinkle liberally with spice mix, again, toss to combine.
Enjoy!
Notes
As I mention in the body of the post, you can use commercial Tajín or your own homemade Tajín. Either is great! The Spiced Candied Pepitas really are worth the 5-10 minutes it takes to make them! If you can't swing it, add toasted pepitas, or other candied crunchy nuts or seeds.
