Homemade tajín is a thing at Andersen casa. Not a week goes by that we don’t open the jar of homemade tajín. I don’t have to wonder what to put tajín on! I’ve worked on several recipes that use tajín, and thought it might benefit my readers to have a place to access some of my favorite things to put tajín on.
