    Appetizers, Small Plates, Snacks, Salsas

    Appetizer recipes include (but are not limited to) small plates, finger foods, snacks, and salsas. Traditionally, appetizers would be served prior to a meal, but they're far more at Andersen casa. Being one that loves to entertain, tapas or small plates are my favorite approach. You'll find small plates that work well in that setting or even as a light dinner on their own with a side dish.

    I also include all of my many salsas in this category as they're such a great way to whet the appetite before the meal. And let's not forget snacks for game day and movie watching!
